Conducted training on project planning, management and evaluation for 300 small NGOs in south India

Co ordinated COMMACT India and international regional, national conferences in India

Conducted study exchange programmes between India and UK, Malaysia, South Africa, Bulgaria, Australia and Japanese Universities and students placements in India, trained 600 Japanese youth on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)

Assisted 24 small NGOs to start their own organizations and get registered as legally recognized charities in south India. Evaluated 30 NGOs in India on various development activities
